TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF INCO ID

The sustainability of the INCO-ID system will be carried out considering this procedure and the controls required thereof.

  • In order to enjoy the benefits of the card, the client must show his INCO ID at the moment of the purchase. If the transaction is made by telephone or email, you must provide the code that appears on the card and the name of the person who provided it, so the points can be earned.
  • The use of the card is solely for the holder. If you wish to assign other people to use it (2 maximum, as stipulated in the form), you must send a formal written and sealed note authorizing the names.
  • If INCO-ID holder request to change any information written in the initial form (personal data, company data, authorized persons, etc.), he must fill out a new form. The changes will be effective within 3 business days.
  • The discounts are not valid with other special offers.
  • The points earned are non-transferable between accounts.
  • In the event that the client’s account has past due balances, the INCO ID is not valid to exchange points, of for accumulation of points.
  • If your membership is expired or it is in default, the INCO ID will be invalid.
  • For every dollar in purchases using the INCO ID, the holder earns one point. Each point is equivalent to $0.01 ctvs.
  • The points can be exchanged only for INCO products and services. Not for cash.
  • The points from two different accounts cannot be used in one invoice.
  • The points earned during the year expire on December 31 of the current year.
  • Purchases that the client makes without using his INCO ID will not earn points. Such purchases may not be added later under any circumstances.
  • Purchases of special discount do not apply to the points balance.
  • In order to obtain benefits from special offers, it is mandatory that the holder or the authorized holder show his INCO-ID.
  • In case of return of items, the system must subtract the points automatically through the procedure of credit notes for return or exchange.
  • The customer must meet the following requirements:
    -You must not have overdrafts, or default
    -You must fill out form with the required information.
    -You must accept and sign the policies and the terms and conditions of the card.
  • The first time you apply, the INCO ID is free. Renewal costs $ 2.00 + VAT
  • The activation time of the card is 7 business days.
  • The sales manager has a maximum of 3 business days to enter the information of his client.
